Your purchase may be returned unused within the first 30 days after delivery. Returned products must be unworn, the condition it came in, and must include a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and cost incurred of the return shipping.

All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.

Here are the guidelines for returns and exchanges : 

• Returns and exchanges are eligible within 30 days from your purchase date.
• Item is in unopened and unused condition. 

We currently cannot accept returns on any custom items including custom printed tags or bands.

If you received an incorrect item or damaged items, we will provide you with a return shipping label to return the goods to us for an exchange or a refund.
